Adding a new booking is the first step in managing your cab services efficiently. This section will guide you through the process of creating a booking, ensuring that all necessary details are captured to provide a seamless experience for your customers.
Each booking has a unique ID. Use the small gear icon for duty-related actions like sending notifications, adding custom labels, allotting the car and driver for the booking, allotting duty supporters, and managing bookings. For easier access, you can also right click on the booking to access the same menu
Allotting a booking means assigning the duty to a specific driver or supplier, streamlining the process and ensuring the right resources are in place for the job.
To update the status of the vehicle when it departs for a duty
To finalise and document all details of a completed duty manually.
To generate and manage invoices for completed bookings.
