How does it work?
When a duty is completed and the duty slip is sent to the corporate’s account, an email will be sent to the passenger's email ID too. This email has the complete duty slip information, including KM, time, route map, signature and billing items. There is also an ‘Accept’ and ‘Reject’ button in the email.
To set this up in your Corporate account go to Me - Business Settings - Others - Network Options - Tick the check box for Auto accept incoming duty slip - Tick the check box for Request passenger approval before auto accepting duty slip - Click on Save Changes
Please ensure to make these changes in your Corporate account.
The passenger will receive an email with the final duty slip that they can Approve or Reject. Based on their action, the duty status will be updated for the car rental company.
If the duty slip is not approved or rejected within 48 hours, it will automatically be marked as approved.
