A custom booking SLA is a service level agreement between a car rental company and a corporate account customer. By setting an SLA time, car rental companies ensure that they get enough time to accept and allot bookings and provide better service to their corporate customers with little to no error.
To set this up, go to Masters - Customers - Select your Customer - Edit - Under Booking/Duties Settings - Enter in minutes under Booking Time SLA (in mins.) section
Scroll to the bottom and select Always add in corporate's account? - SAVE
In the above example, Vamos Car Rental has set Booking SLA for AHD Lab (customer) at 60 mins. When AHD Lab (customer) is trying to create a booking with reporting time in less than 60 minutes, the corporate customer will be shown a notification about the SLA and will not be able to create the booking.
By doing this, your corporate customers will not be able to create a booking which goes against the set SLA.
In order to enter a Custom Booking Time SLA (in mins) the Car Rental company must be set as Default supplier. To set Default Supplier for your corporate customer - go to Me - Business Settings - Others - Default Supplier - select the car rental company.
