How to use a corporate account - passenger app login

This article will take you through the different steps to using the Indecab Corporate - Booker/Passenger App

Step 1: Install the App from the Google Play store

To get started, go to the Google Play store and search for Indecab - Select the Indecab Corporate app and install it on your phone.

Step 2: Logging in

Once the installation is complete, open the Indecab Corporate app and enter your login details. You would have received an email to set your password. If not, try using the ‘Forgot password’ option and set a new password.

Indecab corporate app is for accounts marked as ‘Is Passenger’ only, learn how to setup passenger login in this article here.

Step 3: Add a new booking

a) For yourself

Once you login to the app, click on the large blue button Book Next Ride at the bottom of the screen - select your customer (the corporate entity you are a part of) - Enter the pick up and drop address and click Next. Once you click on next, you will be taken to a page where you need to enter all the booking details and click on Book

b) For someone else

Click on the Book Next Ride button at the bottom of the screen - Select your customer (the corporate entity you are a part of) - Enter in your pick up and drop address and click Next. In the first section, click the ‘x’ to the right of ‘you’ to remove your name and then click on Add another passenger and search for the passenger's name that you are creating the booking for. Enter the rest of the details and click on the book to create the booking.

Note: If you are not able to see Add Another passenger please speak to your admin. The settings for the same are available in Me - Your account - under Passenger settings - tick the check box next to Allow custom passengers while adding a booking?

Step 4: Viewing and managing bookings

Through the corporate app you will be able to easily view and manage upcoming and past duties without having the need to login through your desktop.

Simply click on the menu button at the top left of the screen - click on Your duties to view all your bookings.

In case you need to make any changes to the booking or individual duties you can do so with the following steps:

1: Booking level changes:

The changes made at a Booking level will impact the entire booking that is created. To make changes at the booking level go to Menu - Your duties - Click on the view booking button - Scroll to the bottom and click on the edit booking button. You can now make the booking level changes you need. These changes will directly reflect in the car rental company’s dashboard to accept/reject.

2: Duty level changes

The changes made at a duty level will only affect that specific duty and not impact the entire duty. To make duty level changes go to Menu - Your duties - Click on the duty - Scroll to the bottom and click on the edit duty button. You can now make the duty level changes you need.

Note: Once a duty is in progress it cannot be edited.
