How to change a driver app account to a DCO/Attached app account

If you work with drivers who were previously on your payroll but have now switched to becoming a DCO Supplier, you will be able to continue using the Indecab Go Driver App to manage the duties they have performed in the Purchase section.

To change a driver’s login to a DCO login, you need to first disable the login for your driver in My Drivers then create a new DCO user by going to supplier masters.

Go to Masters - My Drivers - Click on the small gear icon in the driver’s listing and click on Deactive App Login.

In order to change the driver to a DCO, you will first have to add the driver as a DCO by going to Masters - Suppliers. You can then click on Create User in the new driver’s listing.

The pop - up displays the username which is the phone number of the DCO and you can set the password. Confirm the user creation by clicking on the Create User button.
