Updates from October 2023 to November 2023

In this edition of our "What's New" newsletter, we are thrilled to share the latest improvements & feature developments that have been introduced to make your experience even better.

1 - Increased export limit

We have rebuilt the way we handle the export of information. This has enabled us to increase the export limits.

Duties section: Limit increased to 25,000.

All other sections: Limit increased to 15,000.

2 - Duties summary view upgrade

You can now view a summary spanning up to 7 days in the duties section. Additionally, a 'Suppliers' section has been added, that provides a convenient overview of duties allotted to suppliers.



Note: For multi-day bookings, if there are few duties without any allotment the summary will still show the count and mark it as NA.

3 - Unconfirmed by default

We understand that larger businesses might have a different reservations team and a different booking confirmation team. This feature helps manage confirmations easily. A booking when added would be marled as 'Unconfirmed' by default that can be unconfirmed when later.

Go to Me - Business Settings - Under Booking/Duties section - Select ‘Mark new bookings as unconfirmed by default’



4 - Multiple number support

Add multiple numbers with a comma while adding a booking. Communication would be sent to each number individually, eliminating the need for manual entry of phone numbers or email IDs.



5 - Autoselect a company based on city

Businesses that have multiple branches for operations and billing would be able to save a step. We have built the ability that enables Indecab to automatically select a company based on the city for the booking.

6 - Agent commission support

We have added support for calculating commission on the car hire charges. Enter the commission percentage in the Masters and view the calculations in the Duties export.

7 - Feedback alerts

Once a duty is completed and the passenger has shared feedback for the duty, the duty will be visible in the ‘Needs Attention' for you to easily track and view passenger feedback.



8 - Ability to 'Unsend' a network invoice

In case you need to make changes to an invoice. You can now ‘Unsend’ invoices that have not been accepted by network associates.



9 - Audit logs

We have restructured the way we display activity logs. Now Indecab can give a detailed audit log of each change done. Starting with two sections, the Supplier Master and the Employee Master we intend to roll out this change across the entire platform soon. Take a look and share your feedback on this one!

Go to Masters - Suppliers - Click on a Supplier - Scroll to the bottom and select ‘View Activity log’

10 - Auto-select taxes on incoming purchase invoices

For businesses working with multiple entities, we have built a smarter way to efficiently handle taxes on your invoices; this will significantly reduce errors and automate your invoicing process.
