Sometimes a booking comes in and is entered under a specific customer but needs to be billed under another customer. We have built a simple method to select the billing customer name after a duty is completed.

Now, you can view ‘Reporting Time, Passenger Phone Number, and Booked By Phone Number’ on a completed duty slip. This helps track the requested reporting time and actual duty start time in one place, improving service quality.

Based on your agreement you can now provide set vehicles/drivers to your customers for their bookings. This means that the booking would automatically be created in your account allowing automatic allotment to set vehicles/drivers.

Go to Masters - Customer - select ‘Booking/Duties settings’ - select ‘Allow associate to select vehicles and drivers’ - under ‘Network associate allotment option’ select drivers/vehicle - save

Employees assigned to a specific branch will now see only drivers or suppliers linked to the same branch or those without a default branch in the Location Tracking section.

This enhancement will help improve duty management and ensure better control over employee visibility for smoother operations.

All auto-collect approval emails will now CC the "Booked By" contact of the duty, ensuring customers stay informed about payment requests.

To strengthen security, employees resetting their passwords must now include a numeric digit and a capital letter.

Now, you can easily track vehicle expenses with a Paid/Unpaid filter in the Vehicle Expenses section.

  1. Filter expenses based on payment status
  2. View total amounts for filtered results to get a clear financial overview

Go to operations - vehicle expense - search by Paid/Unpaid - under date range click on ‘View Totals’ and get an overview of expense totals
