Updates from June 2021 to August 2021
Let’s take a look at all that's new in this latest edition of what’s new on Indecab!
1 - Customer/supplier pricing export
We have added the functionality to export the pricing from the customers and suppliers section. You can export the pricing in .pdf or excel (.csv) format.
To download your pricing - Go to masters - customers/suppliers - select the customer/supplier - to download in pdf click on the download pricing button. To download in excel click on the blue export pricing text - select the columns you want to export from the pop-up and click export.
2 - Driver allowance updates:
We have added new functionality to the make adjustment feature in the completed duties section. You now have the ability to add custom allowances that you pay to the driver on a duty level.
Go to duties - completed - use the small gear icon and click on make adjustments - click on adjust driver allowances to add/adjust the driver allowance.
3 - Ability to set a default garage start time.
We have added the ability to set the default garage start time in the business settings. This garage start time set here will be the default garage start time considered while adding new bookings. You will still have the ability to edit the same while adding a new booking.
Note: The garage start time for app-based duties will not be affected by this update.
To set the default garage start time go to Me - Business settings - Duties/Bookings - Scroll down - Default garage start time in min - enter the time - save changes.
4 - Driver Payroll Updates:
We added lots of new feature functionality to the driver payroll feature in Indecab based on the feedback we got from you. Let’s take a look.
Display Separate allowances
With our latest update, you will now be able to view the driver allowances separately. This will add clarity to the allowances paid to the drivers.
Ability to add rows
While exporting the driver salary statement, you now have the ability to add custom rows if required to add any additional payments, incentives, or bonuses paid to the drivers. To add an extra row, click on the add row option while exporting the driver payslip.
Ability to add deductions
We have added the functionality to add custom salary deductions in the My drivers section that will be considered and displayed in the driver’s salary statement. To add the deductions go to Masters - My drivers - select the driver - edit
5 - Ability to print credit/debit note comments
If you would like to print the comments, just untick on the checkbox before printing and the comments would be printed along with all the other information.
6 - Billing export column update
We have updated the billing export section with the following new export column:
Credit note amount
Debit note amount
E-invoice status
