Enhanced Communication with Booking Remarks on Completed Duty Slips

We’ve updated the Indecab system to display booking remarks on completed duty slips. This information, shared with both customers and drivers, ensures all parties are aware of any specific remarks entered during the booking process. This update eliminates the need for workaround solutions and enhances communication and transparency in your operations.
To add remarks to a booking, click on Duties, Add Booking, then enter the remarks under the ‘Remarks’ section along with the rest of the booking details and click on the ‘Book’ button.

Improved Transparency for Network Duties with Route Logs

We’ve enhanced our system to display route logs for duties performed through the network. If a CRC has enabled the route log feature and completes the duty on the app, the supplier CRC’s duty slip will now include the route log of the duty. This update ensures complete transparency and better tracking of duties across the network, even in cases when the supplier CRC has not enabled the route log feature on duty slips of their own duties.

Simplify Duty Exports with Total Billing Items Amount Column

We’ve added a new column for Total Billing Items Amount in the duty export feature. To utilize this, go to Duties, select the section for the type of Duties you would like to analyse (e.g. Booked, Allotted, etc), click on the large gear icon, click on Export Duties, then select the checkbox for Total Billing Items Amount column to include the total amount in your report. This update lets you have a comprehensive view of total billing amounts for multiple lists of duties as per your requirement, making your data analysis more efficient.

Automate Outstanding Duty Slip Reminders to Suppliers

We’re excited to announce a brand-new automation feature to help you receive completed duty slips from your suppliers on time, ensuring you can share accurate invoices with your customers for each completed duty promptly and without delay.

How it works:
If a duty slip remains open beyond a date that you have specified, the system will auto-generate and send an email reminder to the supplier’s email addresses.

To configure this:
Go to Masters, Suppliers, then click on a supplier listing
On the supplier page, click on the large gear icon and select Overdue Reminder Settings.
Add the recipient’s name and email. Click on the ‘Add’ button to add more recipients.
Select the dates you want to send this reminder on by clicking on the checkboxes next to each date. Click on Submit to save.

This update is designed to help you ensure timely closure of duty slips, improving operational efficiency and communication with your suppliers.
Please note: This is a paid feature. To enable Overdue Reminder Settings on your account, please contact us.

Export People’s Details from Customer Master Easily

We’ve introduced the ability to export company personnel details from the Customer Master section. This feature allows you to quickly and efficiently download your list of customer contacts, streamlining your data management processes.
To export customer details, go to Masters, Customers, click on the small gear icon next to a customer’s listing, click on Manage People, click on the large gear icon, followed by Export Customer People, tick the checkboxes of the details you want to include in the report, then click on View or Export.

Manage Payments Better with Separate Bank Accounts for Sister Companies

We’ve added support for separate bank accounts when handling payment requests for sister companies. This feature ensures that payments from payment requests on behalf of a sister company are received in their own specified bank account, improving financial organisation and accuracy.
To assign a bank account of a sister company while requesting payments, go to Me, Payment Gateway Settings, select the sister company from the dropdown menu, followed by the bank account number, then click on Save Settings.

Track Changes to Customer Information with Audit Logs

We’ve implemented audit logs for the Customer Masters section, providing detailed tracking of changes and actions by all users. This feature enhances transparency and helps maintain accurate records of all modifications made to customer information.
To see the audit log for any customer, go to Masters, Customers, click on a customer’s listing, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on View Activity Logs in the bottom left corner.

Improved Collaboration with Location Sharing between CRCs

We’ve added the ability for supplier CRCs in the network to now share duty-based location tracking data with the primary CRC of a duty. This feature enhances collaboration by allowing the primary CRC to view the location data shared by a supplier CRC in its network, ensuring better coordination and oversight of duties performed between collaborating companies.
To enable this, the supplier CRC can grant location access permissions to the primary CRC from Masters, Customers, click on a Network Customer, click Edit, scroll to the Network section, and ensure that ‘Do not share real time vehicle location with this customer’ option is unchecked.
