Updates from January 2021 to June 2021

Let’s take a look at the latest edition of what’s new on Indecab!

1 - Custom booking SLA

We have added the functionality to customize the minimum service time for all bookings received from each of your corporate customers using the Indecab Corporate dashboard and passenger apps.

To set up the same, Go to Masters - Customers - edit customer scroll down to the ‘Booking/Duties Settings’ section and enter the details in the ‘Booking time SLA’ section in minutes. Once added a corporate would be able to add a booking only if the minimum time criteria is met.



2 - Pricing table visibility control

We have updated the functionality of the pricing table in the Customers and Supplier masters. The customer and supplier pricing table will only display the vehicle groups and duty types that you have set in the Masters.

To set the duty types, vehicle groups, and cities visible for the customer go to Masters - Customers - Edit customer - scroll down to the ‘Booking/Duties Settings’ section and set up the limitations here. You can follow the same steps to set up the vehicle groups and cities in the supplier section.



3 - Ability to set driver allowance timings at a city level

We have added the ability to set up the timing by which the Early start and Night allowances have to be considered in completed bookings on a city level. To set up the same go-to masters - customers - edit customer - scroll down to the driver allowance settings section - select the city in the first column and set the allowance timings as required.

Note: If the driver allowance timings are the same for all cuties, select All from the cities list and set up the timings.



4 - Availability functionality upgrade:

We have completely reworked how a vehicle and driver are considered as available.

Est. Drop time - While adding a booking you might have noticed this new field. The vehicle and driver are considered available based on what is entered here.
When a duty is closed the vehicle and driver are automatically considered as available.

5 - Manual date & numbering for Credit/Debit notes

You can now manually set the number and date for any Credit/Debit Notes you create. To switch from automatic numbering to manual go to Me - Business settings - Billing - in the Credit/Debit Note Numbering section, change the selection from automatic to manual - click save.



6 - Add tax amount separately in Credit/Debit notes

We have updated the Credit/Debit Notes section to give you the ability to add the tax amount separately while creating Credit/Debit notes. To add the tax amount, click on the ‘Add Tax’ button while creating a Credit/Debit note.



7 - Add UPI details to bank accounts

We have updated the Bank Accounts section to give you the ability to add your UPI address to your entered bank account information.



8 - Booking request email update

We have updated the details sent across via email when you allot a booking to a network associate. The booking details will now be a part of the booking request email as well. You can accept or reject incoming bookings by clicking the green 'Accept/Reject Booking' button.



9 - Billing export column update

We have updated the billing export section with the following new export column:
