Updates from January 2020 to February 2020

This month we’ve got smaller but crucial tweaks to make your operations easier!

What’s new?

1. Priority notifications right upfront

In the case of incoming Duties and new Associate Requests, the respective sections in the navigation bar will turn red to show pending activity! Also, the ‘Incoming’ section has now been moved to Duties to give you a more integrated experience.



2. Duties search filter update

We’ve added several new options in the Search field in the Duties section. Now you can search for a specific type of duty easily.



3. Billing items for internal use

When adding a new billing item, selecting “not charged on customer invoice” will hide it from the invoice. Use this to record billing items for internal use but not charge to your customer.



4. Hide passenger phone number from supplier emails

You can now choose to hide passenger phone numbers from emails when sending duty details to Suppliers by selecting this option. It can also be enabled by default from the business settings.



5. Additional export column options

When exporting Duties or Invoices, we’ve added new options to the columns!

Duties:

Supplier Base Price
Supplier Extra KM cost/KM
Supplier Extra Time cost/HR

Billing:
Non Chargeable Taxes





6. Vehicle speed

You can now track the speed of your driver by simply clicking on the driver’s name on the Location Tracking map



7. Print/View Billing item images

We've made it easier to view and print billing item images once a duty is completed. Simply click on the camera icon.
