Enhanced Control for Network Associates: Manage SMS/Email Permissions

You can now control whether an associate on the Indecab network, who a duty has been allotted to, is allowed to send SMSes or Emails to passengers, the customer, or the booked-by party of the booking. This gives you greater control over communication and customer experience when fulfilling duties over the Indecab network.



Go to masters - suppliers - click on the network supplier - under Booking/Duties settings - select ‘Do not allow associate to send booking related communication’ - save

Dispatch Center Override for Bookings, Duties and Invoices

We’re excited to announce an update that offers more flexibility in your operations. Bookings and Duties will now be visible to employees not only for their own city of operations, but also where their city has been assigned as the dispatch center for the duty or booking. Similarly, Invoices for a duty or booking where the employee’s city of operations is selected as the dispatch center will also now be visible to them, for easier team-wise duty management.

Example : For an outstation duty we have set the From service location as Delhi city but the branch assigned is Bandra i.e in Mumbai as the car is going towards Mumbai and will be managed by the Mumbai team. Based on the Branch selected the employee of that branch will be able to see this booking instead of the Delhi branch.

New Update: Total Speedo KM option in Duties, Purchase Duties, and Invoices Exports

You can now include the Total Speedo KM in your Duties, Purchase Duties, and Invoices exports. This feature allows you to easily track the total distance covered for each duty directly in your exported reports, helping you gain better visibility into your fleet's performance.


Go to Duties or Purchase duties or Billing - click on the top right gear icon - click on Export duties/purchase duties/invoice duties- tick the check box for Total Speedo KM - click on Export

New Update: Branch Name option in Vehicles and Drivers Exports

We’ve added a new option to include a Branch Name column in your Vehicles and Drivers exports. This update enables you to track and manage your data by branch, making it easier to organize information and gain insights at a more granular level.



Go to My Drivers/My Vehicles - click on the top right gear icon - select Export Driver/ Vehicles - select Branch name - export

Improvements in Exports UI

We’ve made several updates to improve your experience with exports:

Larger Files Supported: Now, files greater than 15 MB can be downloaded successfully.

Recent Exports List: You can now easily access your recent exports directly from the export page.

Export Menu Access: The export menu item will only be visible if the user has been granted view export permissions.

User-Specific Exports: The export page now displays only the exports created by the current user, ensuring a more focused view.


Go to operations - Export History - click on Download to get the file

Now View Reports on Total Billed Duties Per Month

You can now easily download and view reports on the total billed duties for each month.

To view the total billed duties for each month, go to Me - Your Account - View Billed Duties - Export Billed Duties - Select the details to be included in the report - Click on Export



Go to Me - Your Account - select the month you have been invoiced for - select Export billed duties and select the columns - export
