Updates for January 2025

1- Easily identify the right customer with address and GST number previews

You can now easily identify and manage bookings for customer entities with the same name but different GST numbers and addresses, thanks to the latest addition of GST number and address previews next to the customer name while creating a booking

Go to Duties - Add Booking - enter a Customer name or use the dropdown menu to see the GST number & address associated with the customer entity while making your selection

Note: If you have mentioned a separate address under Billing address, it will only be visible on your invoices. The Billing address will not be shown during the booking creation process.

2- Manage multiple invoices with one- click action

Here’s another update that will add more efficiency to your operations. You can now complete an action on multiple invoices with a single click!

Approve Invoice
Disapprove Invoice
Mark invoice as dispatched
Cancel Invoice

Go to Operations - Billing - Click on the checkbox next to each invoice or click on the checkbox next to 'Number' to select all invoices - Click on the relevant action in top row

Have you tried these features yet?

1- Convenient WhatsApp messaging directly from your dashboard

You can now send duty-related communication to your customers on WhatsApp easily from your dashboard, ensuring that important duty-related communication gets seen by your passengers and customers. Unlike SMS, there is no character limit to the information you’d like to share with your customers on WhatsApp.

To enable WhatsApp for your business

Go to Me - Business settings - click on WhatsApp Templates - click on ‘Enable WhatsApp for business’ - Save changes

While sharing duty information, you will see a column for Send WhatsApp message - select the numbers you want to send the duty information to and click on Send

2- Set Custom timings for Outstation Overnight Allowance

We’ve added the ability to set specific Outstation Overnight Allowance Timings for better control of night allowances. This new column allows you to decide when the allowance applies, with timing options between 8:00 PM and midnight. If no timing is set, the default will be midnight.

The custom timings can be set at the Supplier or Customer level.

To set custom timings, go to masters - customers/ supplier - EDIT - under ‘Driver Allowance settings’ - select City and enter the timing under ‘Outstation overnight allowance time’ - save
