How do you change a driver app account to a DCO/Attached app account
This article will show you how to switch a driver login created in the My Drivers section to a DCO created in the Suppliers section. This is especially useful when your driver changes from a salaried driver to a DCO.
To change your driver login to the DCO login, you need to first disable the login for your driver in ‘My Drivers’ and create a new login by going to supplier masters.
Go to Masters - My Drivers - Click on the gear icon of the driver and click on Disable Login.
In order to change the driver to DCO, you have to add the driver as a DCO by going to Masters - Supplier and clicking on the ‘Create User’.
The pop - up displays the username which is the phone number of the DCO and you can set the password and click on ‘Create User’.
Note: By default, the DCO’s mobile number will be the Username and the Password will be set by the Admin.
