Understanding Customer Groups

This article will explain what Customer Groups are and how you can use them.

A customer group is a smart way to organise your customers and can be used to create groups of multiple customers. This grouping can then be used to view information about the customer groups in Duties, Invoices and Exports.

For example, if you have two customers named

  1. Apple Maharashtra
  2. Apple Haryana

You can create a single group called 'Apple' and include both customers in them. When you search for 'Apple' in the Duties or Invoices section, information about both Apple Maharashtra and Apple Haryana will be displayed.
