How to create customer groups

Step by step guide to create your customer groups.

Go to Masters - Customers - Click on Manage Customer Groups

Click on Add Customer Group - Enter name - Submit

How to assign a customer group to an entity?

  • Each entity you work with needs to be created as a customer.

  • If your customer has multiple entities (with different GST numbers), then each entity needs to be created as a separate customer and can be grouped together if needed.
