The customer feedback you receive can help you understand what your customers liked about your service, and highlight areas of improvement that need to be addressed.
Customer feedback can be viewed at an individual duty slip level or in the Duties export.
Go to Duties - Completed - Click on the Gear Icon Next To a Duty listing - View Duty Slip - Show Feedback
Go to Duties - Large Gear Icon - Export Duties - Select the options related to feedback - Click on Export
When a duty is performed via the Indecab network, the feedback form of the supplier will not be shared with the passenger.
