How to keep track of expiry dates for vehicle certification and driving licenses

Learn how you can stay informed of any upcoming expirations while keeping your drivers and vehicles reserved at all times.


Step 1) Update Driver & Vehicle document expiry dates in your Masters:


You will receive alerts on your dashboard 30 days in advance of the mentioned dates.


  1. Adding expiry alerts for My Vehicles: Go to Masters - My Vehicles - Click on the Vehicle listing - EDIT - Enter document expiry dates - Save


  1. Adding expiry alerts for My Drivers: Go to Masters - My Drivers - Click on the Driver listing - EDIT - Enter document expiry dates - Save

Step 2) Set up an automated allotment process in place: You can choose to give permission to allot Drivers & Vehicles whose documents have expired.

a. Allowing Allotment to Driver & Vehicle with expired documents: Go to Me - Business Settings - Under Duties/Booking settings tick the checkbox for Allow allotment to driver/vehicle with expired documents- Save changes.

Current document expiration alerts will be visible during allotment under Document Status.

b.) Only allow allotment to Drivers & Vehicles with valid documents: If you have not given permission in your business settings as mentioned above, allotment will not be allowed to Drivers & Vehicles with expired documents.

Give each driver and vehicle a unique mobile and vehicle number to improve fleet management.

Expiration alerts under Document Status are only visible for new/upcoming duties. Alerts will not be visible for past-dated bookings.
