How to fix - Page stuck on loading/ 502 Bad Gateway

When faced with a Page stuck on loading or 502 Bad Gateway error, here are a few steps you can try to solve this.

Step 1: Check in an incognito window

Open your browser - Open a new tab in Incognito Mode - type app.indecab.com in the address bar and hit Enter.

If you are able to access app.indecab.com in this window, please try the next step.

Step 2: Clear Cache

To clear your cache, click on the padlock icon in the address bar - click on Site Settings - Under Usage click on Clear Data - Click on ‘Ctrl Shift R’/ Refresh - Open app.indecab.com
