You can now restrict user access to your Indecab portal to specific locations by setting up User Specific IP restrictions. This is especially helpful when you want to ensure that your employees do not use Indecab outside the office.
IP restriction works only for static IP. Please speak to your internet provider to understand if your IP is static or dynamic.
How to set User specific IP Address restrictions for a specific Employee?
Go to Masters - Employees - Click on the Employee you want to set IP Address based restriction for - Under Account Access/Visibility & Settings - Tick the checkbox for Is API User - Under Add list of IP address to whitelist for this employee/user (if empty allow access from everywhere) - Enter the IP Address to allow access from
How to set User specific IP Address restrictions for all employees as well as admin user?
If you have an office and require all your employees to access the Indecab portal only from a specific IP address, you can set this up in your Business Settings.
Go to Me - Business Settings - Click on Others - Under Allowed IP enter the IP Address - Save Changes
