How to display vehicle group based on the number of passengers

Once you have created a vehicle group, under Seating capacity (excluding drivers) enter the number of passengers who can comfortably sit in this type of vehicle.

Example: If you have created a group of mid-size SUVs, a regular mid-size SUV can seat a total of 4 passengers comfortably, excluding the driver. You should assign a Seating Capacity of 4 in such a scenario.

When you are creating a booking, if there are more than 4 passengers entered in the passengers field, this vehicle group will not be visible.
