Step 1:
Go to Masters - Billing Items - Add Billing Item
Step 2:
Add a name for the billing item - Tick the check box for Allow driver to add - Tick the check box for Required before starting duty - Only applicable for driver (Indecab Go App) - Save
Example : Has the car air freshener started? Is the AC working fine? Is driver wearing a mask?
By adding such an item as a Billing Item for 0 value, you will be able to use it as a necessary action checklist before a duty begins.
Now that you have added the ‘Billing Item’, your driver/customer will be required to add this before a duty begins. This way you can use this functionality as a checklist before the driver starts a duty.
Open the Indecab Go Driver App - Click on Accept Duty - click on Add Billing Items - enter details - Save
