Changes to a booking or a duty made at your end are sent as an update request to your network associate in real time.
If a corporate/car rental network associate makes any changes to a booking, they simply have to click on Edit next to the duty listing - Update the duty with the new details - click on Save - Once done, an update will be sent to the network customer or supplier associate.
If a corporate customer/car rental company has made changes to a duty allotted to a network supplier, the duty will turn red - double click on the duty or click on View Updates - you can choose to Reject & Cancel or Accept Update
If there are updates to a particular duty, the Duties button will be highlighted in red - simply click on Duties - Needs Attention and it will open a list of duties with updates that you should check.
