How to add an associate

The Indecab Network enables you to connect with other car-rental companies, giving you access to a larger network of suppliers and associates to help you increase your business, reach, and fleet network.

Go to Network - All associates.

Here you will see the list of car rental companies currently using the Indecab network.

Once you find an associate you want to work with, click on the Add Associate button in their listing.

Once you click on Add Associate, you will see the Add Network Associate pop up - scroll to the bottom and under Customer to merge with and Supplier to merge with select Add as new customer or Add as a new supplier, respectively. If you already have the customer entry created, you can select the customer name from the dropdown menu.

Once you have entered the form details, you will see Vehicle Group Mapping in the lower section of the form.

This is to be used only if you have a contract with the network customer/supplier and want to automate the selection of Vehicle Groups when a booking is received.

Allow this customer to view the location of drivers while a duty is in progress: If you have duty based tracking enabled, selecting this will allow the customer to view your drivers’ live location while they are performing a duty for the customer.

Click on Add Associate to complete the process.

Once you click on Add Associate, a request will be shared with the associate and they can choose to either accept or reject your request.
