Once you have set up your network profile, you can add/accept new network associates.

An associate is a car-rental company using Indecab or a corporation who you have provided a corporate account to. You need to add an associate before you can start sending booking requests to and receiving booking requests and from them.
When an associate sends you a request, your network bar will automatically turn red - click on My Associates - You will see the associate company’s request - click on Accept Request - The associate pop up will open which will display all the details of the car rental company
Under Customer to merge with - select Add as a new customer - Under Supplier to merge with - select Add as a new supplier - Click on Accept & Add Associate
If you have a car rental company supplier or corporate customer created in your Masters, under Customer to merge with or Supplier to merge with, you can choose the entity from your Masters.
