Understanding Corporate Accounts and their structure



We understand that different corporates function differently. We have created a customizable corporate
account structure based on the type of corporation you are working with. It is important to first understand the internal workflow of your corporates and then use the Indecab platform to provide a
customized solution to them.

Identifying your corporates workflow structure:


Single admin sending you booking requests
Multiple admins managing bookings
Employees sending booking requests to the admin via email
Employees sending booking requests to the admin via an internal tool
Employees sending booking requests to you directly after manager approval
Employees sending booking requests to you directly

For each of these workflow types, there is a structure available in Indecab. If your corporates have a
different workflow from the ones listed above please contact our support team for clarity on how to move forward.

Indecab has a very simple structure:




Corporate Super Admin:


This is the primary account created by you for your corporate. This account will show the complete
relationship between you and your corporate. This account will be used for settings as well as sub-login
creation.

Employee Accounts:


Employee accounts also called Admin accounts can be created for each admin managing bookings. This account type would be able to view all bookings.

Corporate Super Admin accounts can control what permissions Employee accounts have. Information can be limited based on location, customer entity, and information visibility.

Booker/Passenger accounts:


This account type can be created for each individual employee or booker. Users would only be able to
view only the bookings added by them and none others. This account type is needed for,
