How to stop sending SMS and Email to specific customers
This article will take you through steps on how to stop sending SMS and Email to Booked By/Passenger/Additional Contacts of specific customers.
Step 1:
Go to Masters - Customers - Select Customer - EDIT - Booking/Duties Settings - Select the column you want - SAVE
Columns:
Do not send SMS and Email to passengers of this customer
Do not send SMS and Email to this customer & it's additional contacts
Do not send SMS and Email to booked by's of this customer
Example: If you select Do not send SMS and Email to passengers of this customer, when you select Send Info > the passenger details would not be visible.
