How to enter custom booking SLA
This article will take you through steps on how to create a custom booking SLA for your corporate account customers.
What is a custom booking SLA?
A custom booking SLA is a service level agreement between a Car rental company and a corporate account customer, by setting a SLA time car rental companies ensure that they get enough time to accept - allot bookings and provide better service to their corporate customers with little to no error.
How to set up a custom booking SLA ?
To set this us, Go to Masters > Customers > Select your Customer > EDIT > Go to Booking/Duties Settings > Enter in minutes under ‘Booking Time SLA (in mins.)’ column > Go to the bottom and select ‘Always add in corporate's account?’ > SAVE
Example: Avenue Car Hire has set Booking SLA for Reliance customer at 60 mins > Reliance customer is trying to create a booking at 19:14hrs with Reporting time set at 20:14 hrs, the corporate customer would not be able to ‘BOOK’

By doing this corporate customers would not be able to create a booking which goes against the set SLA.

Note: In order to enter a Custom Booking Time SLA (in mins) the Car Rental company must be set as "Default supplier". To set Default Supplier for your corporate customer - go to me - business settings - Others - Default Supplier - select the car rental company.
