How to create an invoice

You can create an invoice for completed duties using Indecab. There are three types of invoices that you
can create.

Single Booking Invoice
Multiple Booking Invoice
Manual Invoice with no bookings

1 - Single Booking Invoice



A single booking invoice is an invoice with a single booking and one or more duties in the same. To
create a single booking invoice go to Duties - Completed - Select the booking. Once the booking opens
- use the large gear icon and click on Generate Invoice - Select the duties you want to be added to the
invoice and click next.




Once you have added all the details to the invoice click save to save the invoice.

2 - Multiple Booking Invoice



A multiple booking invoice is a duty with multiple bookings in it with each booking containing one or
more duties.

To create a multiple booking invoice go to Operations - Billing - Click on Add Invoice - Select the
customer. Click on the ‘Add booking’ button at the bottom of the screen and select all the bookings that
you went to add to this invoice - Select the duties of these bookings and hit next. You can add Advances,
Taxes, Surcharges, Discounts, and a custom row using the buttons at the bottom. Once done, click save
to save the invoice.

Note: This method can also be used to create a single booking invoice.



3 - Manual invoice with no bookings



A manual invoice is an invoice with no bookings, the booking details and costs are added manually by
you.

To create a manual invoice, go to Operations - Billing - Click on Add Invoice - Select the customer. Fill in
the details in the existing charges row - Enter in the rate and quantity - If you need a second row, click
on ‘Add custom row’ and follow the same process.- select taxable/nontaxable - fill in the details.
