How to create an e-invoice?

Creating an e-invoice in Indecab is done in two steps.

Step 1: Create an invoice as you would normally do.

Step 2: Once an invoice is created, open the invoice. You will see a large gear icon on the top right, use that, and click on ‘Create e-invoice’. Click on the create e-invoice button in the confirmation pop-up and your e-invoice is created.




To create multiple e-invoices at the same time, go to operations - billing - select the invoices that have to be created into e-invoices - click on the 'create e-invoice' button. This will create individual e-invoices for the selected invoices.

Important Note:

Once an e-invoice is created, that invoice cannot be edited.
Cancellation of e-invoice is only allowed within 24hrs after the e-invoice was created.



How to activate e-invoicing in Indecab?



Activating e-invoicing in Indecab is very simple. Send us an email to support@indecab.com requesting e-invoicing be activated for you and we will take care of the rest. Once active you will receive an email confirmation of the same.
