How to communicate duty changes to a Network Associate
You allot a duty to a network associate and they accept it. Now you need to communicate a change about timing/location/passenger details, etc to them.
Changes to a booking or a duty made at your end are sent as an update request to your network associate automatically.
Allot a duty to your network associate

Right click on the duty and click on ‘Edit duty’

A pop up will appear, make the necessary changes and click on ‘Save’

Once you click on save, you will get a notification saying the updated details have been sent to your network associate.

Your network associate would receive the updated information. They can either accept or reject them by clicking on ‘View updates’ and you will be notified accordingly.

That’s it! It is done. Now you can easily make updates without worrying about having to call suppliers everytime you make an update.
