How to change billing name for a completed duty

Use a simplified, one- click process to manage multiple entities or booking level name errors.

Now you can simply change the billing name on a booking before you generate an invoice, without having to correct the booking name and input passenger details again.

How to enable it?





Go to Me - Business settings - under Booking/Duties - click on ‘Enable billing customer selection when creating booking.’ - Save

How to change the billing name on a booking?







Once a duty is completed - click on the top right EDIT - under Billing customer select the new name - Book

Once you generate an invoice the name will be visible as per what is selected under ‘Billing Name’. You can also search for the invoice through the Billing name.

Note:

1- In the duties section, you will be able to search for the booking with the name it is created under. You can also search for a booking by Passenger name.

2- You can change the Billing name for Network bookings too.

3- Once a booking is split, and the Billing name is changed for the child booking, the change will not apply to the parent booking.
