How to round off duty slip timings to the nearest hour
1 - Rounding off the time to the nearest hour in Duty Slips
Round off on duty slips takes place by rounding off the time to the nearest hour. For example, if a duty ends before 2030 hrs the system will round off the time at the nearest hour, i.e. 2000 hrs and if a duty ends after 2030 hrs it will record the nearest hour as 2100 hrs.
Go to ME on the top right of your screen - click on Business settings - under Duties/Bookings click the checkbox on Round off duty slip to nearest hour - Save changes
Once this setting is enabled, if you edit a duty slip, the time will be updated with the rounded off time.
To update completed duties you will have to first edit the duty slip. Any changes made after a duty is completed will not auto-update in an existing duty.
