An Introduction to the Indecab Go - Driver App

Learn how to create login IDs for your drivers and assign duties to your drivers through the Indecab Go Driver App.

The first thing you need to do before using the app is create login IDs for your drivers. You can do this from the My Drivers section as well as the DCO Suppliers.

In this article, we will go through the My Drivers section:

Go to Masters - My Drivers - click on the small gear icon next to a driver listing - click on Create User - The driver’s telephone number will be the user name. You can create a unique password - Tick the checkbox next to Send App Download link to … - Click on Create User

Your driver will receive a link to download the Indecab Go Driver App via SMS. Please share the login details with him/her to login to the Indecab Go Driver App.

Note: Your driver must have an Android phone with GLONASS support. To check if your driver's device is GLONASS enabled visit [GSM Arena](https://www.gsmarena.com/).

The driver allotment process remains the same as manual duty allotment.

Simply create a booking and allot a duty to the driver - you will see a mobile icon next to Allotted status label which indicates this driver is an Indecab Go user

Once the driver reaches the reporting address at the reporting time they need to click on Start journey - the status label of the duty on your dashboard will immediately change to In-Progress

The KM & Time will be automatically tracked. When the trip is over the driver can collect the passenger’s signature on the phone and click images of toll/parking slips before closing the duty. The completed duty slip details will be visible on your dashboard in real-time.
