Vehicle profitability report
To analyse earnings versus expenses for each vehicle or vehicle group.
Action Steps:
- Navigate to Reports: Go to the Reports section and click on ‘Generate New Report’
- Choose Report Type: Select either "Vehicle Profitability by Vehicle" or "Vehicle Profitability by Vehicle Group" from the drop down menu.
- Apply Filters: Use filters to select the vehicle, vehicle group, etc.
- Set Date Range: Specify the date range for the report.
- Generate Report: Click on "Generate" to view the report.
Note: Driver Allowance will be visible only if you have assigned a driver to the vehicle and entered details in Masters - My Drivers.
