Understanding the SMS Details section

The SMS Details section will give you details of all the SMSs you have sent through Indecab and their current status. This section will help you verify if the messages have been delivered and check their current status. You can also check the number of SMSs that you will be charged for by character count in this section.

Let’s get acquainted with the Operations - SMS Details section.

1 - Filters

When you open the SMS Details tab, you can search for past SMSes by their booking ID. You can also filter the search by a custom date range.

2 - Date:

Enter the date range for which you want to view data from

3- Gear icon:

You will be able to export sms details data from here

4- View Totals

By clicking on view totals, you will get to know the total number of SMSes sent and the number of SMSes you will be charged for based on the character count.

5- Date:

This is a timestamp for the date and time the SMS was sent

6- Is International:

If it is sent to an international number you will see that here

7- Send Status:

This send status is to see whether it was sent from Indecab

8- Delivery Status:

This is the delivery status to show if the customer has received your message.
