Understanding the reports section

Reports Overview

The Reports section is divided into six main categories:

1. Business Reports

• Based on Duty Date: View business performance based on completed duties.
• Based on Invoice Date: Analyse business performance based on invoices and outstanding amounts.

1. Customer Invoice Ageing

• Customer Invoice Ageing: Monitor current and overdue customer sales invoices.
• Customer Group Invoice Ageing: Track the ageing of sales invoices by customer group.

1. Customer Credit Limit

• Customer Credit Limit: View the credit limits you have set for your customers and the outstanding amounts.
• Customer Group Customer Credit Limit: View the credit limits you have set for your customer groups and the outstanding amounts.

1. Number of Duties

• Get a complete overview of the number of duties based on various parameters.

1. Supplier Invoice Ageing

• Supplier Invoice Ageing: View your suppliers' purchases, payments, and overdue amounts based on selected filters.
• Supplier Group Invoice Ageing: Monitor supplier purchases and overdue amounts by supplier group.

1. Vehicle Profitability Report

• Vehicle Profitability by Vehicle: Analyse earnings vs. expenses for each vehicle.
• Vehicle Profitability by Vehicle Group: Evaluate profitability based on vehicle groups.

These reports can be customised using various columns and filters:

• Select Group: Choose the relevant section to view data from.
• Select Filters: Filter by customer, supplier, duty type, vehicle group, city, branch, or company.
• Date Range: Specify the date range for the report.
• Name Your Report: Customise the report name for easy identification.
