Understanding the Bookings section

This article will give you a walkthrough of the Bookings section and an understanding of its structure.

The bookings section will display all the bookings you have added and allow you to add new bookings that you receive from your customers. This will help you keep a record of all bookings that you have received.

A booking can be of multiple types,

1 - Local/Airport Transfer

2 - Outstation

3 - Long duration (Monthly)

4 - Flat rate

A single booking of multiple days will be considered as one booking with multiple daily duties under it. In such a case, each day will be considered to be a single duty.

In a scenario where either city, vehicle group or duty type is different for any of the days in a booking, you can create multiple bookings and connect them by making use of the parent-child booking feature.

After a booking is added it will be visible in the Bookings section. To view your bookings, go to Operations - Bookings
