Understanding Reports

The reports section will give you a real-time overview of your business. Reports in Indecab are of 5 types:

1- Business Reports:

1. Based on duty date
2. Based on invoice date

2- Customer Invoice Ageing:

1. Customer invoice ageing
2. Customer group Invoice ageing

3- Number of Duties:

4- Supplier:

1. Supplier invoice ageing
2. Supplier group invoice ageing

5- Vehicle Profitability Report:

1. Vehicle profitability by vehicle
2. Vehicle profitability by vehicle group

The above mentioned reports can be generated based on custom selections, here are the fields that can be used to customise reports:

• Select Group- Choose the relevant section to view data from.
• Select Filters- Select specific customer, supplier, duty type, vehicle group, city, branch or company
• Date Range- Choose the date range for which you want to view the report
• Name Your Report- Customise the report name.

1- Business Reports:

a.) Based on duty date- Get an in-depth view of the business generated based on completed duties.

b.) Based on invoice date: Get an in-depth view of business generated based on invoices and any outstanding amounts.

2- Customer invoice ageing:

a.) Customer invoice ageing- This will give you a real-time view of the current and overdue customer sales invoices.

b.) Customer Group Invoice Ageing- This will give you a real-time view of the current and overdue customer group sales invoices.

3- Number of Duties:

Get a complete understanding of number of duties based on status of duty

4- Supplier Invoice Ageing:

a) Supplier Invoice Ageing- This will provide you with a real-time view of your suppliers' purchases, payments, and overdue amounts based on the supplier invoices and filters you've chosen.

b) Supplier Group Invoice Ageing- This will provide you with a real-time view of your suppliers' purchases, payments, and overdue amounts based on the supplier invoices and filters you've chosen.

5- Vehicle Profitability Report:

a.) Vehicle Profitability by Vehicle- This will give you a real-time view of your earnings vs expenses of each vehicle, based on the entries made.

b.) Vehicle profitability by Vehicle Group- This will give you a real-time view of your earnings vs expenses based on the selected vehicle group.
