Understanding Corporate Accounts

Learn about corporate accounts and how you can use them in your operations.

A corporate account is a customer side account you can create and connect with your car-rental account. This will enable your customer to:

  • View all their bookings and status updates in real-time
  • Add bookings and send you booking requests
  • Create login IDs for each of their admins as well as employees - to send you booking requests directly
  • Provide a mobile app to their employees to directly send booking requests to you.

With Indecab, you can now create a corporate account in just a few clicks.

To do that, simply go to Masters - Customers - Click on the small gear icon next to the name of the customer and click on Create corporate account - Enter the email id to share an invite with. This id will have admin access - select the duty type and vehicle group that will be copied to the corporate account - click on Send invitation

The pop up which appears lets you select the vehicle groups and duty types you provide to your corporate customer. You can choose to copy the pricing you have entered to the corporate account as well. This will enable them to get reports on expenses as well as duties completed.

  1. Enter the email address of the corporate customer. If you have created an alias email address for your corporate customer, enter that here.
  2. Select the duty types and vehicle groups you will offer to your corporate customer. Leave this blank if you would like the system to automatically select all the duty types and vehicle groups that have pricing entered in them.
  3. 3. Tick the check box next to Copy pricing if you would like to copy pricing entered in your customer master to the corporate customer’s account as well.

GST number, address and pin code will get copied automatically as well.

Once an email id has been registered to create an account, it cannot be changed.

An email will be sent to the email ID with an invitation to set up the corporate account.

From the email received, your customer will have to click on Set up Account. They will be redirected to the account creation page.

Email: Enter email address

Name: Customer’s name

Phone number: You customer’s phone number

Password: Using one special character, one number and one capital letter at the least.

Then click on Create Account.

Next, enter your business name, type of account, address, pin code, city and click on Setup my business.

Your corporate customer is now connected to you and can send you booking requests.
