Copy pricing enables you to simply copy pricing information, this will be useful when you have multiple cities with same pricing or 2 customer/supplier entities with the same pricing.
Before starting this, be sure to read how to enter custom pricing for customer & supplier
Copy pricing for customer groups will enable you to copy pricing entered for one customer to all customers in the same group.
Read more about Customer Groups in this article here.
To copy pricing from one customer to other customers in the same group, go to Masters - Customers - select the customer you have entered pricing for - click on Copy pricing to group customers - click on Copy Pricing
By doing this action you have copied data from the source customer for the current contract data only. If you change contract dates for any customer in the group, the copied price will not reflect automatically.
If you have two cities with the same pricing, begin with entering the pricing for the first city - now select City and choose the city you want to enter the new pricing for - Once the new city is selected, click on Copy pricing from another city - choose the first city where you have entered the pricing to be copied - click on OK
If you have the same contract and pricing for two customers, you can copy the price from Customer A to Customer B.
Go to Masters - Customers - click on customer B - select ‘Copy pricing from’ - choose customer A - click on OK
Note: This is an irreversible action. Once you copy pricing from another customer, it will copy the contract dates too.
There’s no need to manually enter pricing in your corporate customer account. Copy pricing to a corporate account allows you to do just that.
Go to Masters - Customers - click on the corporate account - in the custom pricing box on the top right corner, click on Copy pricing to corporate account - click on Copy pricing
Note: Copy pricing to the corporate account will edit any existing pricing data entered in your corporate account as well as change the contract dates. You can copy pricing only for a corporate account sponsored by you.
