How to use the Indecab Chat feature

Once a duty is allotted to a network associate, you will be able to chat with your associate through the Indecab Network

To start a chat with your associate regarding a duty, simply click on the gear icon next to the duty listing - select Chat - Enter the message and click on Send

Any message sent regarding a duty can be viewed by going to Duties - Needs Attention - Double click on the duty listing or click on Chat - A pop up will open with the incoming message - You can reply and communicate with the associate directly through this chat window.
