Once you have added a car-rental company you would like to work with as an Associate, you can stop sending them emails and start sending them booking requests directly through Indecab.
What is a Booking request?
A booking request will share the same information you send through emails but through the Indecab network instead. This enables you to move away from the traditional email and phone call based approach to a more automated way of working.
To send a booking request over the network, you can simply allot a booking to an associate.
Go to Duties - Booked - Click on Allot - Click on My Suppliers- Select the network associate - Pop-up will show the allotment details visible to your associate - Click on Send booking request - The status of your duty will change to Request Sent.
If the booking has been accepted by your associate, this status will change to Supplier Accepted.
If the request has been rejected by the associate, the status will change to Rejected and you will be able to Re-allot the duty to another Associate.
When your network associate allots a vehicle and driver for the duty, the status will change to Supplier Allotted.
When the duty has been completed, the status will automatically be updated to Sup. Updated Duty Slip - once you click on it you will be able to see the status and Accept duty slip.
