Go to masters - employees - under ‘Account Access/Visibility & Settings’ - click on ‘Restrict creation of past dated bookings (including date updation of old duties)’ - Save
By doing this when your employee tries to update a past dated duty they will receive an error:
If employee tries to edit a past dated duty to a date before that or to a future date it will give an error
If an employee tries to extend a booking for a past date duty or create a past dated booking they will receive an error.
