How to enable or disable location sharing

If you have duty-based tracking enabled, your Associate (corporate customer or supplier) on the Indecab Network will be able to view the live location of your driver while he or she is performing a duty. This can be enabled or disabled for a specific Associate in two ways.

1- Enable/disable location sharing while adding a network associate

Go to Network - All Associates - click on Add Associate- before you can send a request, you will see a checkbox for Allow this customer to view the location of drivers while a duty is in progress - If you keep this unticked, your customer will not be able to view your driver’s location while they are performing a duty

2- Disable location sharing for an existing customer

Go to Masters - Customers - Click on a customer listing - Edit - under Booking/Duties settings - under Network section, tick the checkbox for Do not share real time location with this customer - Save
