How to enable and use OTPs to start and stop a duty
Learn how to set up an OTP to start and stop duties through the Indecab Go Driver App.
How to Set up Start OTP?
Go to Me - Business Settings - Duties/Bookings > Tick the check box for Enable Start Duty OTP Verification - Tick the check box for Enable Stop duty OTP verification - Save changes
Now when your driver begins duty through the IndecabGo Driver App, he/she will be required to enter a START OTP shared with the passenger to begin the duty.
To STOP DUTY, the driver will be required to enter the OTP shared on the passenger's mobile number.
