How to deactivate a corporate customer account

This article will take you through steps to deactivate a corporate customer’s account.

Go to Masters - Click on the corporate customer - under Booking/Duties settings change the following:

  1. Tick the check box next to Prevent adding booking in corporates account?
  2. Untick the check box next to Always Add In Corporates Account

Once done, scroll to the bottom of the page and deselect Active

By doing this, the corporate customer will not be able to add bookings through their account.
