How to create and share multiple customers from a corporate account to a car-rental account

A single corporate entity can have multiple sub entities. This can be because: There are different billing departments There are multiple GST numbers (one for each state) In a scenario like this you can create a single corporate account and create multiple customers within that account. These customers will need to be shared with your car-rental account. This article will show you how to create and share these customers with the car rental account.

You can do this only after you have created a corporate account.

Creating customers in a Corporate Account

Go to Masters - Customers - Add Customer - Enter details and save

Sharing Customers with car rental company:

Once the customer has been created, go to Customers - You will be able to see the car rental company name here - click on the small gear icon next to the car rental company name - click on Share customers with this associate - select a single customer entity or multiple entity - click on Share Customers
