How to automate sending of SMS, WhatsApp and Email messages
Learn how to automate sending of Booking, Allotment and Feedback messages through SMS, Whatsapp and Email to Customers and Drivers.
Go to Me - Business Settings - Others - Tick the required checkboxes under Automatically send sms/whatsapp/email alerts section
After selecting the required options, click on Save Changes. By doing so, you have now automated the settings to send Duty, Booking and Feedback alerts to your Customers, Drivers and Suppliers.
To Auto Send Allotment Notification to Driver Using Indecab Go Driver App:
Go to Me - Business Settings - Under the Duties/Bookings tab - Tick the checkbox for Auto send allotment notification to driver app (Indecab Go) users - Save Changes
You have now enabled auto-sending notifications for any new allotment to drivers using the Indecab Go App.
