Enhanced Control for Network Associates: Manage SMS/Email Permissions You can now control whether an associate on the Indecab network, who a duty has been allotted to, is allowed to send SMSes or Emails to passengers, the customer, or the booked-by party of the booking. This gives you greater control over communication and customer experience when fulfilling duties over the Indecab network. 1- Export Data in XLSX Format for Tally Prime You can now export your business data from Indecab as an XLSX file as well, for improved compatibility with Tally Prime. This new addition makes it easier to integrate and manage your financial data within Tally Prime, streamlining your accounting processes. This development currently supports exports for ledgers and vehicle fuel data only. Download and Email Credit/Debit Notes Conveniently We’ve added the ability to download credit and debit notes as PDFs and send them via email. This new feature allows you to easily generate, save, and share these documents, simplifying your financial processes, record-keeping and communication. With this update, you now have the ability to send a booking request for a single duty to as many associates as you like. The first one to accept the booking request would get it. Below are a few new features we added to Indecab this month, let’s take a quick look at them. 1 - Ability to associate an 'advance' purchase payment to multiple purchase invoices. You can now split an advance purchase payment across multiple purchase invoices. In the pop-up that appears, enter the amount you want to associate with that invoice and click add advance.
